Thank you for shopping with FRENEMIES. All items available for purchase are pre-made and ready to ship unless otherwise stated on the product page. 

ORDER PROCESSING 

Please allow for your order to be processed and prepared for shipment. We ship orders Next Day allow tracking yo update.

Shipping Time

Once your order has been processed, please allow approximately 2–5 business days for U.S. delivery. Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping carrier, destination, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email or text containing your tracking information. Please allow up to 12-24 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

FRENEMIES is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed after being transferred to the shipping carrier. If you experience a delivery issue, please contact the carrier using your tracking information. We will do our best to assist when possible.
